At Apex Wear, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Not show any signs of damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn or washed clothing.
- Items without original tags.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
